By accessing and using the surveiku.com website as well as other related applications and services (“Services”), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

“Surveiku”: PT KOKEK, the service provider of Surveiku.
“User”: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses Surveiku services.
“Account”: An account created by a User to access Surveiku services.
“User Content”: All data, questions, answers, text, or other files uploaded or created through Surveiku.
“Platform”: The surveiku.com website and all related applications.

2. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

  • Users must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords.

  • Surveiku is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of an account by any other party.

  • Surveiku reserves the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. SURVEIKU SERVICES

Surveiku provides online services for creating surveys, distributing them, collecting responses, and analyzing survey data.

The Services may include:

  • Free (Trial): With basic features and certain limitations.

  • Paid (Premium): With advanced features and additional capacity.

4. PROHIBITED USE

Users are prohibited from using Surveiku to:

  • Upload illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, or harmful content;

  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;

  • Collect personal data without authorization;

  • Misuse the Services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes;

  • Interfere with the security or performance of Surveiku systems.

Surveiku reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or disable user accounts that violate these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights to Surveiku software, design, and trademarks are owned by PT KOKEK.

Users retain rights to their User Content, but grant Surveiku a non-exclusive license to store and display such content for the purpose of operating the Services.

6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected and processed is subject to the Privacy Policy.

By using Surveiku, you agree to the collection and use of personal data as described in that policy.

7. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

  • Paid plans apply only after successful payment.

  • All prices include taxes (if applicable).

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. CANCELLATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

  • Users may terminate their account via the user dashboard.

  • Surveiku may delete user accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

  • Data will be permanently deleted 30 days after account deletion.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Surveiku is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES

Surveiku reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update service features and pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and the update date will be stated at the top of this document.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of these Services will be resolved through deliberation or through the competent courts in Indonesia.
